KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Objectives 
• Responsible for creating and developing of the bond product 
• Evaluate and choose suitable bonds for the bond platform
• Make strategic decisions relating to the bond product design based on clients analyses and company’s needs.
• Create the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release.

Main responsibilities 
• Analyze clients’ needs, current market trends and potential buying perspective.
• Analyze, evaluate, and select appropriate corporate bonds for trading on the platform.
• Design and manage the trading process for the whole life cycle of each corporate bond. 
• Develop bond pricing model and manage bond inventory to ensure trades can be executed with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. 
• Develop and manage relevant reports for the bond portfolio which includes trading position, daily transactions, daily cashflow, cashflow from bond coupon and payment at expiration.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for bond platform construction and final product development.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Developer to ensure the product launching success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education level 
• Undergraduate or Master degree in Investment, Finance, Banking, Economics or related subjects.
2. Knowledge & Experiences 
• Knowledge of macroeconomics and corporate bond market.
• Knowledge of bond valuations, ability to build bond pricing model as well as manage operation of retail bond platform.
• At least 3-4 years experienced in the corporate bond industry.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements pf the product development lifecycle.
3. Technical skills 
• Fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
• Strong pricing models skills
4. Soft skills 
• Good at verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, independent and reliable.
