KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, support, and explain customer’s queries via phone calls
• Ensure that all information provided to customers is accurate
• Support Customers on his/her demand via call center
• Provide the best quality services of HSC to enhance customer experience  
• Receive Customer’s feedback to improve our quality services
• Other task (if any) per Team Leader’s assignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 1 year of experience in Securities, Finance, Banking
• Fluent in English
• Good at telephone communication
• Good at communication and resolving issues
• Teamwork
• Pronunciation is friendly and easy to listen
