KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

• Approach corporate clients to make mandate proposals and offer advisory services

• Approach investors to offer the investment opportunities and investment products resulting from advisory mandates

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform market, industry, and company research in preparation for corporate transactions or pitches

• Be responsible for preparing pitchbooks presentations, investment teasers, information memorandum, offering circulars and term sheets for marketing to investors, Data room for due diligence review by investors and Prospectus for filings to regulators

• Managing the execution of corporate transactions and related documents for the purpose of closing Equity, Debt or M&A transactions

• Financial modeling and analysis of companies

• Preparation of pitch books, presentations, prospectuses, offering circulars, information memorandums, regulatory filings, build/manage Data room for Due Diligence review by investors, provide offering information to investors

• Responsible for completing Valuation Reports, business review/analyses, preparations of proposals, presentations to support the Directors and Managing Director in their business development activities with corporate clients and execution of mandates

• Recruitment, Training and coaching new or Junior Analysts (if any).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education level

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or economics or business administration or in Engineering or in Laws.

• Preferably with a master’s degree in finance or in Economics or in Business Administration (MBA) or CFA Charter Holders or CPA/ACCA holders.

2. Knowledge & Experiences

• From 3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Securities Brokerage or Investment Management (Private Equity or Public Equity/Bond portfolio management).

• Holder of Securities Brokerage or Analysis License issued by State Securities Commission (or committed to take courses and take/pass licenses).

3. Technical skills

• Strong financial analysis skills and solid background in accounting or auditing.

• Solid sense of logic & judgement and technology savvy /use of computers and mobile/digital applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel-Macro, Power Point), Bloomberg and Google.

4. Soft skills

• Presentation skill.

• Verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
