KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute trades in cash and futures markets to achieve profitable outcomes for the company's proprietary trading desk.
• Develop and enhance quantitative models and algorithms for trading financial instruments.
• Monitor market trends, news, and events to identify trading opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage trading positions effectively to optimize profitability and minimize risk exposure.
• Conduct back-testing and quantitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of trades, performance metrics, and market analysis for reporting purposes.
• Continuously assess and refine trading techniques to adapt to changing market conditions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Excellent decision-making and risk management abilities in high-pressure trading environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, sharing insights and strategies.
• Strong understanding of quantitative analysis, statistical methods, and trading algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications (CFA, CMT, CAIA) are a plus.
