KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Create and monitor user stories with system development team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to determine development approaches, scope, and expected timeline of projects / releases.
• Conduct interviews with clients and related departments to identify opportunities to optimize user experience and efficiency of business operations.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
• Maintain a competitive edge against competing products and industry trends
• Write documents on business process, system features and specifications to share among multiple development teams.
• Manage projects in terms of timeline and quality.
• Support end users on system usage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree on Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems Design or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis, and minimum 1 year in managing internal projects.
• Experience in Agile way of work is a must.
• Have experiences in financial trading products and good background in financial market.
• Proficient in using diagram drawing software.
• Familiar with work collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience in using Excel VBA and SQL is a plus.
