KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Objectives

Support deep dive in data and get insights to make better business decisions
• Responsible for the analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support for DW/BI system 
• Responsible for designing, implementing, testing data analytics and reporting/dashboards projects and play important role who support building up data driven culture through organization 

Main responsibilities

• Gather requirements, create detail plans for data analysis projects
• Conceptualize, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations
• Evaluate and define product and business metrics
• Empower the team to answer data questions quickly
• Run statistical analyses such as key driver analysis, churn analysis, etc.
• Design, implement self-analytics application
• Partner with data scientists to build high-quality data sets and machine learning models

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education level

• University degree in the field of computer science or information systems 

2. Knowledge & Experiences

• Over 3 years related working experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in Data warehouse design and implementation
• Over 3 years of experience in Self-service BI (Power BI, Qlik sense)
• Proficient with Python/R (Optional)

3. Technical skills

• Knowledge in Data warehouse, Data processing, Programming, ETL, SQL, Self-service BI, data algorithms, data model and data structures, business domain knowledge
• Numerical and analytical skills
• Data mining & visualization skill

4. Soft skills

• Ability to manage a high volume of work with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Verbal and written superb communication skill
• Time management skill
