KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-depth analysis of the Company‘s business performance
• Proposing solutions to improve business efficiency
• Support analytical information about the Company and the industry and other analysis at the request of the Board of Management
• Establish processes related to management analysis activities.
• Review and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the Company to have a direction to improve operational efficiency
• Set up and manage data system, administrative information for analysis.
• Coordinate with related departments to monitor business and operational KPIs, find solutions to help improve the efficiency of the Company.
• Analyze business performance, business and operational indicators of the Company, compare it with other companies in the same industry, compare with the industry ... as required to support the decision making of the Board of Management.
• Perform other reports and tasks when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate majoring in Accounting, Auditing and Finance
• At least 3 years working in the field of financial analysis, auditing
• Ability to analyze, use and manage data
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Securities
• Knowledge of management analysis activities in enterprises.
