KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Treasury
• Coordinate and implement the common functions of the Treasury Department, which always ensure a continuous, high-quality, and efficient source of capital to serve the company‘s business operations.
• Conduct transactions of Securities (government bonds, corporate bonds, CDs) for the purpose of obtaining loans from banks, organizations, and individuals.
• Participate in the issuance of HSC bonds (if any).
• Coordinate to maintain existing bank credit limits and seek new high-quality credit limits from major domestic and foreign banks.
• Update and provide advice on market information, new policies related to exchange rates and interest rates, share market trends, and other value-added services.
2. Bonds
• Participate in finding and purchasing bonds from reputable banks and enterprises.
• Collaborate with the bond team to operate the retail bond products of banks/enterprises on HSC‘s bond platform.
• Search for and execute B2B bond transactions.
3. Planning
• Support the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual capital plans and usage plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education Level
• Bachelor‘s degree or higher, majoring in Economics, Finance, or Banking. 
• Certification of participation in securities training courses. 
• CFA degree is preferred.
2. Knowledge & Experiences
• Experience working in the Treasury department of major banks. 
• Preference for experience related to ALM activities, MMs, Bonds, and Foreign Exchange.
3. Technical Skills
• Proficient in English in all four skills.
4. Soft Skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills. 
• Proactive and cooperative in work.
