KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible for administration tasks
• Assist Head of ICD with scheduling and client meetings, travel arrangements and general admin support like hotel bookings, flight bookings…
• Support payment processes, flight and hotel bookings for business trips as well as incidental expenses of the department
• Arrange for invoicing and collection of research payment and monitoring and settlement of payments to partners and external service providers
• File documents that are in charged
• Support to handle payment/ admin issues of in-charged area
2. Support tasks relating to Corporate Access Department
• Assist corporate access team with setting up client trips and organization and execution of client-related events….
• Other tasks required by direct supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Basic knowledge of Finance – Accounting, Securities.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independence, take initiative
• Understand people’s psychology, attitude and behavior
