KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deep dive in customer data and get insights to understand customers to support business programmes and sales policies:
- Conceptualize, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to measure performance of customer segments and business initiatives/ policies.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends and patterns in customer behaviours/ profile.
- Build machine learning models such as key driver analysis, churn analysis, etc.
- Based on analysis of customer data, provide recommendations to promote sales and improve customer value management.
- Other tasks allocated by direct managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in the field of computer science or information systems or in related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Data warehouse design and implementation
- At least 3 years of experience in Self-service BI (Power BI, Qlik sense)
- At least 3 years of experience with programming languages like SQL, R or Python
- Good understanding of database design development, data models
- Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
