KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deep dive in customer data and get insights to understand customers to support business programmes and sales policies:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to measure performance of customer segments and business initiatives/ policies.
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends and patterns in customer behaviours/ profile.
  • Build machine learning models such as key driver analysis, churn analysis, etc.
  • Based on analysis of customer data, provide recommendations to promote sales and improve customer value management. 
  • Other tasks allocated by direct managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in the field of computer science or information systems or in related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Data warehouse design and implementation
  • At least 3 years of experience in Self-service BI (Power BI, Qlik sense)
  • At least 3 years of experience with programming languages like SQL, R or Python
  • Good understanding of database design development, data models
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
