KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities
· Gather requirements, create detailed plans for data analysis projects.
· Conceptualize, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations.
· Evaluate and define product and business metrics.
· Empower the team to answer data questions quickly.
· Run statistical analyses such as key driver analysis, churn analysis, etc.
· Design, implement self-analytics application.
· Partner with data scientists to build high-quality data sets and machine learning models
Other responsibilities
· Support internal audits related to DW/BI systems.
· Other tasks allocated by direct managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education level: University degree in the field of computer science or information systems or in related fields. 
2. Knowledge & Experiences 
· 1-2 years of experience in Data warehouse design and implementation
· 1-2 years of experience in Self-service BI (Power BI, Qlik sense)
· 1-2 years of experience with programming languages like SQL, R or Python
· Good understanding of database design development, data models
3. Technical skills 
· Knowledge in Data warehouse, Data processing, Programming, ETL, SQL, Self-service BI, data algorithms, data model and data structures, business domain knowledge
· Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Soft skills 
· Ability to exercise judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
· Verbal and written superb communication skill.
· Time management skill
· Conflict resolution skill
· Proactive problem solving
