JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and lead a group of equity sales traders responsible for smooth dealing and timely buying and selling of equities for clients to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations
• Build up a close and trusted relationship with clients.
• Execute trade orders
• Prepare and sending reports
• Gain information from sales staff about client issues and work on solutions
• Propose, resolve to improve the operational activities beneficial for company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Securities, Finance, Banking, etc
• Have knowledge in Securities and Finance industries
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year
• Experience with trading system includes Bloomberg terminal, Omgeo, Horizon and Microsoft office users
• Strong English writing and communication
• High standards of personal integrity and professionalism
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to persuade, good behavior, good communication, good job handling
• Ability to work in teams and work independently
• Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
