JOB SUMMARY
The Rewards & People Analytics Manager will spearhead the design, implementation, and management of innovative compensation and benefits programs, while harnessing advanced analytics to deliver actionable workforce insights. As an individual contributor, you’ll have the autonomy to shape our data strategy, develop and maintain real-time dashboards, and craft compelling visualizations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our rewards framework attracts and retains top talent, aligns seamlessly with business goals, and adheres to legal and industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. People Analytics
• Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or HRIS platforms) to deliver insights on workforce productivity, talent pipelines, and reward program effectiveness.
• Conduct predictive analytics to evaluate the impact of rewards on employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
• Partner with HRBP to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and align talent strategies with business’s growth objectives.
• Present compelling, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to guide talent management and organizational development decisions.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary structure reviews to ensure HSC’s compensation offerings remain competitive within the securities and financial services sector.
• Administer and evaluate benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives), ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with employee needs and market trends.
• Provide analytical support to meet business goals.
• Design and oversee total rewards programs that comply with Vietnam’s regulatory framework and financial industry standards (e.g., State Securities Commission of Vietnam).
• Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and organizational needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education level
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
2. Experience
• Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years specializing in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or People Analytics.
• Demonstrated success in managing resources (people and budgets) and driving HR initiatives.
• Track record of building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and influencing outcomes across an organization.
• Prior experience in the finance or securities industry is a strong advantage.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, and financial services compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of benefits design, administration, contract negotiation, and regulatory adherence.
• Knowledge of salary, compensation and benefits, the Mercer position evaluation model, the 3P salary scale system…
• Advanced data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and independent approach to challenges.
