JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Objective
• Work closely with the business users to understand business needs and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with solutions vendors, developers, designers and testers to develop digital solutions answering business requirement.
Main Responsibilities
• Conduct interviews with clients and related departments to identify opportunities to optimize user experience and efficiency of business operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to determine development approaches, scope and expected timeline of projects / releases.
• Write documents of business process, system features and specifications to share among multiple development teams.
• Seek vendors, explain requirement, compare solutions from different angles such as functionalities, cost, deliver ability.
• Create and monitor user stories with system development team.
• Manage projects in terms of timeline and quality.
• Support end users on system usage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education Level
• Bachelor’s Degree on Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Knowledge & Experiences
• A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis, and minimum 3 years in managing internal projects.
• Experience in Agile way of work, stock investing or stock analysis is a plus.
• Concrete knowledge in various administration processes and internal operations such as HR, CRM, Accounting.
3. Technical Skills
• Proficient in using diagram softwares.
• Familiar with work collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience in using Excel VBA and SQL is a plus.
4. Soft Skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to new ideas required in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
