KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deal Execution & Client Support

• Drive execution of M&A and capital markets transactions (equity & debt) across assigned workstreams
• Coordinate key activities including financial analysis, valuation and modeling, due diligence, data room management, and transaction documentation
• Support deal structuring, pricing, negotiation, and closing, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions
• Contribute to client engagement and deal origination support, including preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and participation in client and investor discussions
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all deal materials and outputs

2.  Financial Analysis & Advisory Support

• Lead the development and review of financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction-related outputs, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and alignment with deal requirements
• Conduct and validate in-depth industry, company, and market analysis, providing insights to support deal structuring and positioning
• Translate analytical outputs into clear investment insights and recommendations, supporting decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Support the application of financial and market insights into deal structuring, pricing, and investor positioning, ensuring consistency with client objectives and market conditionsTeam Guidance & Quality Control (non-people manager)

3. Team Guidance & Quality Control (non-people manager)

• Guide and mentor Senior Analysts and Analysts through deal execution
• Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Provide technical guidance on modeling, valuation, and materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational level

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Economics, Law or an equivalent related field is required
• An MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance (preferably from an international institution), and/or professional certifications such as CFA or ACCA, are strongly preferred.
• Holder of a Financial Analysis Practicing Certificate issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), or willing to obtain the required certifications in line with company requirements.

2. Professional Experience

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Securities, Research, or Investment Management, with solid exposure to the Vietnam market
• Proven experience in executing and supporting complex transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and DCM/ECM mandates, with involvement in deal structuring and execution processes
• Strong experience in managing transaction workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams within deal-based environments, delivering high-quality outputs across the deal lifecycle

3. Professional Competencies/Knowledge

• Strong experience in M&A and capital markets transactions (ECM/DCM), with the ability to drive deal execution across the transaction lifecycle
• Solid understanding of financial markets, securities products, and capital market processes, including IPOs, placements, and bond issuance
• Strong capability in financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling, with the ability to apply insights in deal structuring and execution
• Good understanding of corporate finance, capital structure, and funding strategies to support advisory and transaction decisions
• Working knowledge of macroeconomic trends, market dynamics, and investor behavior, supporting deal positioning and execution
• Familiarity with trading processes, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance, ensuring compliant and effective deal execution
• Ability to manage transaction processes, develop investment insights, and contribute to advisory solutions based on financial and market analysis

4. Core Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and support negotiations in transaction processes
