JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Objectives

Build a scalable multi-channel content engine (Website/Blog, Social, Ads, Landing Pages) to:
• Acquire high-value customer segments and support CAC efficiency through inbound/SEO and performance-aligned content.
• Feed CRM/Automation journeys with high-quality messaging that contributes to higher LTV

Main responsibilities

1. Segment-based content strategy
• Manage and implement content plans by customer segments (prospects, new investors, active traders, priority segments such as HNW, etc.).
• Design and maintain content pillars, key messages, and a messaging framework aligned to funnel/lifecycle stages.
• Establish and govern tone of voice and content guidelines for HSC’s financial products (clear, trustworthy, brand-consistent).

2. Multi-channel content planning & execution
• Own the content calendar across Website/Blog, Landing Pages, and Social (topics, formats, cadence, priorities).
• Create/edit and/or brief production for: blog articles, educational series, landing page copy, ad copy, and key-visual briefs.
• Design conversion-focused content for key touchpoints: landing pages, lead forms, event pages (structure, proof points, CTA, objection handling).

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Build keyword and topic strategy; implement topic clusters and on-page SEO for one.hsc.com.vn.
• Drive long-lasting content to reduce paid dependency over time and support CAC optimization.
• Improve content discoverability via GEO best practices (clear structure, FAQs, internal links, credibility signals, and search/AI-friendly formatting).

4. CRM/Automation content for campaigns & journeys
• Collaborate with Senior CRM & Lifecycle to develop message maps: angles, key messages, headlines, and CTAs for automation campaigns and journeys.
• Standardize reusable content modules (snippets/CTAs/compliance-safe copy) to enable personalization at scale.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education level 
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

2. Knowledge & Experiences 
• From 4–5 years of experience in content strategy/editorial/SEO (fintech/wealth/banking or complex B2C preferred). 
• Strong understanding of the stock market, financial products/services, and investor trading behaviors; comfortable with core concepts (equities, margin, fees, order types, risk disclosures, etc.).
• Data-informed content mindset understands funnel/lifecycle metrics, measurement, optimization, and content experimentation.

3. Technical skills 
• Strong Vietnamese writing and editing skills with a clear, persuasive, brand-consistent voice.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored to target customer segments.

4. Soft skills 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, agile, and enthusiastic.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Able to deliver under pressure and KPI-driven environments.
• Capable of working independently and self-manage work plans.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
